Our story

Asiakare Ltd. started operations in 2019 with the mission to ensure better availability of essential, niche, and rare drugs is Asia-Pacific

To tackle this complex issue, our Team focused on 3 directions:

Identification of essential drugs at risk of supply, discontinuation or never launched in Asia-Pacific.

Set up local presence and distributor network capable of navigating both unregistered and registered pathways together with the ability to support medical education.

Long-term partnerships with key manufacturers from reference countries.

Our Achievements

Today Asiakare Ltd. has successfully reached important milestones:

In Hong Kong (2019), Malaysia and Singapore (2024) with an established presence in the registered and unregistered markets for Public & Private Hospitals.
In Asia-Pacific as an agent for two specialty European pharmaceutical companies and as a support to governments, hospitals and local distributors in their needs of emergency sourcing for critical medicines in shortage.

What differentiates us from other competitors is our knowledge of the medical value and history of a given drug, allowing us to decide the regulatory pathways to market and the most appropriate commercial & marketing strategy.

What's Next ?

We are looking for essential, niche, and rare medicines to be commercialized in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore; and for pharmaceutical companies with specialty drugs requiring hybrid model to support their growth over Asia.

We are also searching like-minded Manufacturers or CMO sharing our vision to (re)develop and produce niche established products with a key focus on injectable drugs.

Lastly, we are keen on studying investment opportunities/joint-ventures in start-up or with local Asian distributors evolving in the same environment.
